My clients have a long and special connection to the North Cornwall coast, so it seemed fitting as the inspiration for their formal living room.
A colour palette of chalk, slate and sea foam all drawn from the coastal landscape.
This luxury interior designed home balances a refined eclectic aesthetic, mix and matching contemporary and classic interior design details, furniture and fabrics for a sophisticated yet relaxed look.
While we restored the original Victorian fireplace surround, we removed the metal firebox, replacing with a tumbled limestone tile. Contemporary Shaker style built in cabinets were added, flanking the central chimney breast.
The room also features a custom upholstered ottoman by Umber Interiors.
