OUR DESIGN PROCESS
DESIGN CONCEPT
Following your brief, Inspirational reference images are collated in a mood board to demonstrate the proposed designs key themes such as colour palette, materials, furniture and design features.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Key colours, fittings, furniture and decor (FF&E) are grouped in a mood board to show how your interior will look. We'll also show you a swatch board so you can see and feel chosen colours and materials.
3D RENDER
Through a to scale 3D digital drawing of your interior, you'll be able to see the furniture layout, building a clear representation of how the finished interior will look and feel.
FURNITURE FLOOR PLANS & SITE ELEVATIONS
We'll prepare all the technical drawings with measurements needed for trades to decorate, install and place FF&E within your interior.
FF&E PROCUREMENT
As procurement specialists we'll provide a detailed shopping list and budget for all materials and FF&E needed to compete your project. You'll also benefit from our trade discounts.
BESPOKE DESIGN SERVICES
We believe every design should be special and unique to you, that's why we offer bespoke upholstery, soft furnishing, joinery, art and wall mural design and making to compliment your interior.
EDIT (DE CLUTTER) SERVICE
An uncluttered and organised home has the power to change your life. But, It can be tricky deciding what to hold onto and what to let go of. We'll work with you to help process your possessions, ready for your beautiful new interior.
PROJECT COORDINATION
We can support by recommending trades and contractors, coordinating tenders and briefing for installation. You'll also receive a project timeline, helping you to manage any work easily.
INTERIOR STYLING & STAGING
Once all the work is completed and large furniture in place, we'll come style the final interior ensuring your vision has become fully realised.
