Brittannie's custom interior design process, takes the client from initial interior design consultation, through all aspects of interior design planning, to final interior styling.
Following our client questionnaire, inspirational images are collated in a mood board to articulate your personal interior style, and demonstrating initial ideas for your project.
A refined colour palette illustrates how colour will play a pivotal role in your forthcoming design. Establishing key guidelines for use of materials and home decor.
Once your brief is refined, principal reference images are chosen to demonstrate specific themes for your rooms design. These include integral design features (fixtures and fittings) and free standing elements.
Key colours, fittings, furniture and decor (FF&E) are sourced for your project. They're grouped in a mood board to show how your interior will look. We'll also show you a swatch board so you can see and feel chosen colours and materials.
3D digital drawings of your interior are used for space planning. You'll be able to see a 360 view of your design, building a clear representation of how the finished interior will look and flow.
We'll prepare all the technical drawings with measurements needed for trades to decorate, install and place FF&E within your interior.
As procurement specialists we will provide a detailed shopping list and total project budget for all FF&E needed to complete your project. You may also benefit from our procurement service and trade discounts.
We believe every design should be special and unique to you, that's why we offer bespoke upholstery, joinery/ millwork, art and wall mural design and making to compliment your interior.
We can support by recommending trades and contractors, coordinating tenders and briefing for installation. We'll also provide you with a project installation plan to follow.
Additionally, onsite interior styling is available once all major trade works are completed. Brittannie can coordinate the final installation of lighting, hanging art, installing window treatments etc. as well as styling the final interior with soft furnishings and decor.
